How I healed my Throat & Chest Tightness with Medical Medium information

I can’t believe I’m actually writing this blog post.

I can’t believe this symptom is GONE! 🥹🙏

Throat and Chest Tightness was one of my major symptoms. It was ruling my days. For years. YEARS.

I felt like I had a very, very heavy weight on my chest ~ non-stop. I couldn’t get a deep breath in. Trying to breathe in deeply was painful, and made things worse.

I also felt like someone was choking me 24/7. That’s how bad my throat tightness was.

It was so, so annoying. Constant pain.

I tried meditating. I tried “relaxing”, taking baths, “breathwork” (which made things worse), Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture. I even tried stopping work.

Nothing worked.

But I’m going to share what did :)

But first… Let’s recap and see what Medical Medium says about Throat and Chest Tightness.

What Medical Medium says about Throat and Chest Tightness

According to MM, Throat and Chest Tightness is a neurological symptom (something’s is interfering with our nervous system).

In the book Cleanse to Heal, page 533, he explains:

Our Vagus nerve becomes inflamed because of pathogens, toxins and/or toxic heavy metals.

They inflame our poor nerve and makes our chest and throat tight:

I can say toxic heavy metals did have an impact on my health.

I have detoxified most of them using Medical Medium information.

Here are photos of my tongue while I was doing Medical Medium cleanses, to prove we have toxic heavy metals impacting us:

And I had done a blood test before starting Medical Medium protocols, to check if I had any metals in me. That blood test came back saying I had no metals in me.

Yet, look at those photos.

And also, I had so many issues ~ linked in part to metals. Like:

  • Vertigo

  • Anxiety

  • Panic attacks

  • Depression

  • Eye floaters

  • Aches and pains

  • Fibromyalgia pains (could barely walk anymore)

  • Mood issues

  • Sleep issues

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Throat and Chest Tightness

Among many other symptoms.

So what did I do?

What I did to heal Throat and Chest Tightness

Please note, this is just *my* experience. Other things can help other people. Like Medical Medium always says: We have to be our own detective, and become our own expert, and experiment with different Medical Medium tools.

We have to try different Medical Medium tools available. Stick to it and be patient.

For me, the transformation was gradual, meaning, the tightness didn’t disappear all at once. It progressively got better, until one day it wasn’t there anymore.

This is what I did:

  • Remove toxic heavy metals from my body:

    • Wake up

    • Lemon water

    • Celery juice

    • Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie every day. The tightness sometimes got worst before it got better. But I definitely felt relief by drinking this smoothie long-term. It is the smoothie that helped me cleanse metals out, and reduce my mental health issues.

    • 369 Cleanses. I have done many rounds whenever I felt ready. It brought me a lot of peace.

  • Eating every 1.5 to 2 hours (the “grazing method”) to keep my adrenals balanced. If I didn’t eat enough, the tightness stayed or got worse.

  • The “Adrenal Fight or Flight” brain shot. This juice gave me instant relief. I drank it throughout the day to keep the tightness at away.

  • Eating a lot of potatoes. Potatoes calmed me down. I ate as much as I wanted. No restriction.

  • Remove troublemaker foods.

  • Lower my fat intake. I gradually lowered my fat intake. Please note that lowering fat intake can make me cleanse faster (which sometimes mean I get a flare up of some symptoms). So if the tightness was getting too much, I would consume a bit more fat OR just eat more cooked food or baked food.

  • Supplements: I take supplements he recommends for my other conditions in the book Cleanse to Heal. But sometimes taking supplements made my chest and throat tightness worse. So I was taking them on and off for a while. When my tightness got better thanks to the Heavy Metal Detox Cleanse and 369 Cleanses, I started taking them more regularly, and everything got better.

  • Lemon Balm Shock Therapy. It helped a lot to calm my nervous system.

At that point the tightness was getting better. There was definitely improvement.

Then after a while of doing the above, I did something that was a game-changer:

  • Consuming ginger. Ginger was a GAME-CHANGER for my chest and throat tightness. The tightness literally slowly disappeared within a week or two. I personally consume it in my morning Lemon Water, by squeezing ginger using a garlic presser (see this post). But you can also consume it in dishes or juices.

  • Magnesium Glycinate (by Vimergy): I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. This has been a game-changer too, especially in combination with consuming ginger. One morning I was on Cloud 9. Even my partner asked what happened because I looked soooooo peaceful.

During this entire process, I also went through moments of surrender:

  • Surrendering to the process and healing lifestyle. It can be a lot to change so many things in our lives. Changing what we eat. Changing our routine. Cooking at home. Cleaning. I felt like I was “punishing” myself. One day I made peace with it all. It didn’t happen overnight. But I’m telling you that there was a mental shift that happened too, to allow me to keep going when I wanted to give up. When I thought I wouldn’t heal. When I was in pain. I had to dig deep. And to let go as well.

My stress went away only by changing what I ate

I feel like I have to say this.

Many people told me that:

  • “I was creating my symptoms because of my thoughts”

  • “I was making myself sick” or

  • “I was sensitive”

Let me be clear:

I never wanted to be unwell.

I never wanted to be in pain.

My throat and chest tightness, and other symptoms, went away just by changing what I ate.

My thoughts became positive just by changing what I ate.

That’s it!

I still can’t believe this symptom isn’t ruling my life anymore.
