Medical Medium for Beginners: Where to start?
Yay!! Congratulations on starting your healing journey. I’m so excited for you!
These will be Medical Medium tips for beginners.
I’m going to keep it super simple.
We’ll talk about:
What to eat
What not to eat

Be patient and consistent
This is what I personally did at the beginning of my journey. I have healed over 40 symptoms since then. I can live my life again! And you can to :)
Let’s start.
What to eat
This is a core healing routine you can try:
Wake up
Morning drinks
Lemon Water
Celery Juice (or cucumber juice if you can’t find celery)
Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie
Snack (optional)
Lunch
Make a Medical Medium recipe, or
Add potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, into your usual routine
Try to lower your fat / protein intake, or even better, wait until dinner time to eat fats / protein
Snack (optional)
Drink at least 16-32oz of water or coconut water during the day
Dinner:
Make a Medical Medium recipe, or
Add potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, into your usual routine
Try to lower your fat / protein intake
Tips:
Lemon water: 16-32oz of room temperature or cold water with half or one whole lemon squeezed. Never hot or boiling water.
Celery juice: Start with 16oz. Work up to 32oz.
If you can’t handle the morning drinks, drink just a little bit - even if it’s just just a few sips.
Wait at least 15 minutes between each drink in the morning so they have time to have an effect in your body.
Craving something sweet or chocolate? It means your body needs glucose and your glycogen storage is low. Eat as many Medical Medium cookies and cakes as you want, and as many potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, pumpkins, maple syrup as you want.
If you are craving something savoury, it means your body is low in mineral salts. You need to consume more celery / celery juice, cucumber / cucumber juice, leafy greens (spinach, lettuce, arugula, kale, parsley, cilantro, etc…).
Stay consistent, those cravings will change and get better.
Glucose and mineral salts are the pillars of healing the body and mind.
What not to eat
Medical Medium talks about “Troublemaker Foods”.
These are foods that are not helping us heal.
He categorises them into 5 Levels (1 = worst, 5 = less worse).
Everyone should avoid Level 1 to protect their health.
If you are unwell, try to avoid all of them. You will feel a huge difference.
You can go cold turkey if you want, or gradually lower your consumption of these foods as you go.

Throw away toxic cleaning products in your house
One of the reasons why we are unwell is because we have many toxins inside of our body.
We don’t want to add more to it. We want to clean up and feel better.
We can control what is inside of our house (for the most part).
So another thing you can do is remove toxic products in your house:
Toxic cleaning products
Toxic laundry detergents
Toxic dishwasher tablets / liquids
Toxic shampoos
Toxic soaps
Toxic toothpaste
Perfumes, colognes, scented candles, air fresheners
You can get non-toxic or low-tox products.
Medical Medium has lists of products on his website.
These are the main things I would do at the beginning.
Then if you feel like you want to do more, here are 3 bonus tools.
