Apples & Greens Juice (Medical Medium Recipe)
Medical Medium has a yummy, and super simple Apples & Greens Juice in his book “Medical Medium”.
I love this recipe because the ingredients are simple, but powerful.
If you’ve seen my little booklet on “Foods & Feelings”, you’d have seen how these ingredients are amazing to help soothe emotions like:
Stress
Mood swings, strong emotional reactions
Not feeling grounded / all over the place
Among other things. These ingredients also help on a physical level to alkalise our bodies, remove toxins and toxic heavy metals ~ helping us heal ✨
Anyways, here is the super easy recipe:
Apples & Greens Juice Recipe
1/2 cucumber
4 to 6 cups tightly packed leafy greens (such as spinach, romaine lettuce, or kale)
2 medium-sized red apples
1/2 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro or parsley
1/2 lemon
1-inch piece of fresh ginger (optional, but highly recommended if you deal with stress, mood swings, strong emotional reactions, and need to relax)
